Cost, terms, and accessibility are subject to alter without notice. All costs cited are in Indian Rupee (INR) unless otherwise expressed. The buddy media and its affiliates reserve the right to request payment before service delivery, refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at their sole discretion. PAYMENT

You understand that the buddy media shall charge a fee (“Fee”) for the Services provided to you. Such Fee may be charged as a bullet payment or at such intervals as agreed between the buddy media and you. The Fee you pay shall be final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the buddy media or as required under applicable law. The Fee payment terms shall be as agreed between the buddy media and you.

REFUND

Our refund policy has been designed so that it is easy for our clients to understand. The buddy media will deliver a refund under the circumstances planned in our refund policy. Please read the below refund policies carefully:

Eligibility for a refund

At the buddy media, every project is important to us, and we handle each project very carefully and with professionalism. Therefore, we always deliver the desired project to our clients at a given time. However, if a client is not satisfied or has changed his/her plan regarding the project and wants a refund, then he/she would check their eligibility for our refund policy listed below:

Advance Payment Policy

When you are comfortable with taking our service, you must make 50% payment in advance for hiring us for any services we provide. If our client wants to cancel the project within 24 hours of advance payment to us, then this 50% payment is fully refundable. Please note that if you cancel the project after 24 hours of advance payment, this advance money will not be refundable.

Delivery Time & Payment

Full Refund: In case the project has not been started or delivered according to the deal.
Partial Refund: In the case where the project work has already been started and the client in between wants to cancel the project, then the total advance money, which is 50%, will not be refundable.
No Refund: When full payment is received after successful project delivery, and if a client wants to cancel the project, the fully paid money will be 100% non-refundable.

CHANGE IN POLICY

The buddy media can change this policy from time to time without any prior notice at any time. Therefore, we request you review this policy periodically. If any changes occur in our policy, our existing and new clients will agree with our latest policy.

GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTES

The laws of India shall govern the relationship and all transactions between you and the buddy media. The sole place of jurisdiction shall be the courts of New Delhi, India.

Other

The terms and conditions mentioned above constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the party’s mutual understanding and supersede and cancel all past composed and verbal understandings and communications relating to the subject matter. Suppose any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or unenforceable. In that case, that arrangement might be considered severable from this agreement and should not influence the legitimacy and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
